<p>As a unique tool for on-the-go fitness control, Gentler Streak offers a real-time heart rate zone display and evaluates the effects of training during workouts. This feature enables you to adjust the activity's intensity to prevent burnout or enhance it when necessary.</p>

<p>Rather than fixating on reaching arbitrary step goals or completing activity rings, Gentler Streak encourages you to maintain your streak by responding to your daily readiness. Whether it's taking a rest, engaging in light activity, or pushing yourself to the limit, the app provides guidance based on your health metrics, ensuring your wellbeing remains a top priority.</p>

  <li>Activity Path: A 10-day training log combining logged workouts and their impacts on your performance, illustrating your optimal activity levels.</li>
  <li>Activity Status: A daily overview of your current activity level, serving as an alternative to the Activity Path.</li>
  <li>Sneak Peek: Swipe left on the Activity Path to view predicted positions for the upcoming days and plan active days ahead.</li>
  <li>Wellbeing: Keep track of your wellness through measurements such as sleeping heart rate (SHR) or resting heart rate, sleep duration, heart rate variability (HRV), respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, wrist temperature, and period tracking.</li>
  <li>Daily Health Summary: An overview of your health metrics in a concise format. The app learns your typical range for each metric, providing personalized context for future readings and aiding in the detection of unusual changes.</li>
  <li>Yorhart character: Your daily readiness is mirrored by this character.</li>

  <li>Workout Summaries: Detailed analysis of workout details.</li>

<p>You can take tracking to your iPhone using Live Activity & In-App Mirroring. Additionally, Lock & Home Screen Widgets are available to further motivate and support you in maintaining a healthy training habit.</p>

<h2>SUBSCRIPTION AND TERMS</h2>
<p>Downloading and using Gentler Streak is free. However, you have the option to upgrade to Gentler Streak Premium through auto-renewing subscriptions. The subscription will renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.</p>

<p>You can manage your subscription plans and disable auto-renewal in your Account Settings > Manage Subscriptions after making a purchase. If applicable, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.</p>

<p>Gentler Streak writes and reads your data from HealthKit. All processing occurs and remains on your device. Please note that Gentler Streak is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice. For medical concerns, consult with your physician.</p>
