Whether it's taking a rest, engaging in light activity, or pushing yourself to the limit, the app provides guidance based on your health metrics, ensuring your wellbeing remains a top priority.</p>

<p>You can take tracking to your iPhone using Live Activity & In-App Mirroring. Additionally, Lock & Home Screen Widgets are available to further motivate and support you in maintaining a healthy training habit.</p>

<h2>SUBSCRIPTION AND TERMS</h2>
<p>Downloading and using Gentler Streak is free. However, you have the option to upgrade to Gentler Streak Premium through auto-renewing subscriptions. The subscription will renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.</p>

<p>You can manage your subscription plans and disable auto-renewal in your Account Settings > Manage Subscriptions after making a purchase. If applicable, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.</p>

<p>Gentler Streak writes and reads your data from HealthKit. All processing occurs and remains on your device. Please note that Gentler Streak is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice. For medical concerns, consult with your physician.</p>
